The "Meca-Ceramic Catalyst Type Deodorization Device" is a safe and secure system that utilizes catalytic action by bringing wastewater into contact with a special ceramic. Using ferrite-based metal oxides, the Meca-Ceramic can convert dissolved chlorine gas in water into a more potent disinfecting ion component (hypochlorous acid). Hypochlorous acid further decomposes in the solution into chlorine and oxygen, with this oxygen exhibiting strong oxidation and disinfection properties.
